Kapiti Coast Seminar
Where: Wairua BJJ, Waikanae Park
When: Saturday 5th April, 11:00am
What: Come join us on the mats for a 2 hour Gi seminar exploring conceptual frameworks for improving your guard retention, while also learning the other side of the coin, set ups for successful passing.
Kick off will be 11am on the beautiful Kapiti Coast, and the workshop is open to all levels and all teams.
Let's get together on the mats for good vibes and good training.
Wear your Gi and bring $50 cash on the day.
Auckland Seminar
Where: Coast Academy Silverdale, 34 Peters Way, Silverdale
When: Sunday April 27th, 9:00am
What: Join us for an exclusive 2-hour No-Gi seminar. This seminar will focus on key guard retention, guard attacks and guard passing concepts.
Alex will be deep diving into concepts and principles rather than just techniques, making this a valuable learning experience for everyone—from white belts to seasoned competitors.
Workshop is open to all levels and is open to all gyms.
